tbmはdebconfで払うから立て替えておくか、or.jpのほうで出せないかというリクエストでした。

A converter is necessary, but cannot include SERIAL-KIT.
If it is necessary, you have to make it.
Though I bought LANTANK for Finnish Riku Voipio in August of last year and sent it in EMS,
the postage was around 7,000 yen(about $60). Netherlands and Austria is same fee.
